Ariscent Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a leading FMCG organization, is seeking an experienced and detail oriented MIS professional with strong exposure to FMCG MIS operations, Super Stockist, and Distributor data management. The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, analysing sales and stock data, and supporting management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse, and maintain accurate MIS reports related to sales, stock, and distribution
- Manage, validate, and reconcile Super Stockist & Distributor data
- Track sales performance, secondary sales, schemes, and incentive reports
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for management review
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for data alignment and reporting
Skills
- Strong expertise in MIS reporting and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Super Stockist & Distributor operations
- Sales tracking, performance analysis, and accuracy control
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex
formulas, dashboards)
- Working knowledge of MIS tools and reporting systems
Preferred Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in MIS or reporting roles
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
