Job Overview

Ariscent Lifesciences is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resource operations in a fast-growing FMCG environment. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can build strong people processes, support business growth, and work closely with leadership as a strategic HR partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

  • Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth cultural integration of new hires.

  • Design and execute performance management systems including goal setting and appraisals.

  • Drive employee engagement and manage employee relations to maintain a positive work culture.

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

  • Provide HR analytics and insights to management for better decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–15 years of HR experience, working as an HR in a startup or high-growth FMCG/retail/D2C environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment using job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks.

  • Experience in setting up HR policies, KRA/KPI frameworks, performance reviews, and incentive structures.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

  • Ability to work closely with founders and business heads as an HR business partner.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
